SPA is charged with the responsibility of maintaining an up-to-date library of
standard forms, the submission of which is typically required to obtain Federal funding
for research. SPA personnel are also available to guide, review and advise you throughout the
drafting and submission process. For your convenience, electronic versions of most of the
required forms - and information relevant to their completion - can be downloaded by
following the links provided here.
Please note: To use one of the Budget Templates, please right-click the appropriate link
and select "Save Link As..." or "Save Target As..." to save a copy of the form on your hard drive.
You can then double-click the saved file to launch MS Excel and utilize the form as
you wish.
